This is for a half hog. We will deliver your hog to our processor for you.
Fresh pork from our farm is tender and has exceptional quality. You wont find pork like this in a grocery store.
There are two options for processing that change the way the ham is processed. Ham can be processed as fresh roasts or cured. All other cuts are processed the same.
Option 1 Fresh Roasts:
You get the following cuts: Pork Steaks, Pork Chops, Fresh Pork Roasts, Spare Ribs, Breakfast Sausage, Bacon
Option 2 Cured:
You get the following cuts: Pork Steaks, Por Chops, Cured Ham Halved, Spare Ribs, Breakfast Sausage, Bacon
Average take home is 70 pounds
Meat will be ready in 2-3 weeks after butcher date. This is the time needed for hams and bacon to cure. We will contact you when your pork is ready and arrange a convenient time for you to pick up on the farm.
