We rotate our cattle on pasture to ensure they always have access to lush, green grass. During the winter months or times of drought, we pull them off pasture and feed them high-quality grass hay to protect our land and allow the soil to recover.
We never use artificial hormones or steroids to increase milk production. Our pastures are free from herbicides and insecticides—we rely on hand-pulling weeds or mowing to manage growth as naturally as possible. Our rotational grazing practices are designed to regenerate the land, encourage healthy new growth, and support soil vitality. We aim to use the animal more than the machine, mimicking the rhythms of nature and how animals thrive in their natural ecosystems.
